Confidentiality campaign launch

7 October 2009

On 7 October 2009, Walk the Talk launched its confidentiality poster and credit card leaflet campaign ‘We keep it zipped’ at a GP practice in Inverness. The launch was followed by a reception at Eden Court Theatre. Forty delegates – a mixture of health professionals and young people who had been involved in the development of the poster – came together to celebrate the launch of the campaign.

Providing confidential health services for young people is a key aspect of the Walk the Talk ethos and the confidentiality resources will mean NHS Services can now display their policy publicly. This will hopefully reassure young people of the confidential service they can expect to receive.

Copies of the poster and credit card will be distribution widely to GP practices, pharmacies, school nurses and other NHS funded drop in clinics from the week commencing 12 October 2009.

You can download your own copies of the poster, leaflet and leaflet cover right now from our section on confidentiality.
